Fractal program keys
Ok, first of all, I never really intended this for use by anyone other than myself, so the controls are probably a bit of a pain to learn. It's purely keyboard, no mouse or GUI or anything.Most useful keys:
| Arrows | Move target/zoom box around |
| Page up/down | Enlarge/shrink zoom box |
| Enter | Redraw |
| Esc | Quit |
| Spacebar | Options |
| F | Change formula |
| Tab | Change drawing type |
| Tilde (~) | Stop drawing |
| 3 and 4 | Color cycle (shift+3 or 4 for continuous) |
| F12 | Save image, formula and settings (saves as .pcx or shift+F12 to save as .bmp) |
| F1-F6 | Change color palette |
| X or colon | Change zoom in/out mode |
Index set controls:
| R | Switch between fractal and index set |
| T | Draw fractal corresponding to location of target in small box on screen |
| E | Toggle continuous mode for index set |
| Double quote | Switch between zoom boxes and target |
| A | Show coordinates of target |
Other controls:
| 8,9,0 | Rotate 3d pictures (shift+8,9,0 rotates backwards) |
| Left bracket | Full screen |
| Backslash | Change options like screen resolution and keyboard response |
| Home | Return to original zoom level |
| Shift+arrows | Change shape of zoom box |
| I | Return to initial options |
| F11 | Save image (like F12) except can enter comments |
| P | Pause |
| Minus | Switch to 2000x1500 bitmap (for making large prints) |
Controls in options screen:
| Up/down arrows | Scroll through options |
| Right/Left arrows | Change values (normal increments) |
| Page up/down | Change values (large increments) |
| Home/end | Change values (small increments) |
| Tab | Change values (manually) |
| Enter | Keep changes |
| Esc | Cancel changes |
Controls when entering in formulas:

| Spacebar | Toggle whether formula is active (if there are multiple formulas) |
