Thinking Strategically

Decisions in today's complex business, political,

and social environments must be made with care.

The outcome of a decision is strategically interdependent

with decisions made by others.  A decision maker

has to think about what others will do,

who in turn are thinking about what the

decision maker may do, and so on.

Game Theory offers several concepts and insights

 for understanding such situations,

and for making better strategic choices.
